The Grande Ronde Studio Tour takes place September 19 & 20, 2009 in beautiful northeast Oregon. This event is your opportunity to visit several art studios, get to know the artists and view their work. Find out what inspires them and why they choose their favortie media, subject matter and style. This year's tour includes a glass blower, potters, watercolorist, oil and acrylic painters and mixed media. The styles are just as diverse and fascinating.

The hours for the self-guided tour are Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.. Take your time over the weekend and visit them all. Many of the studios are located along The Grande Tour, a state designated sightseeing route that begins and ends in La Grande.
