NORTH POWDER, OREGON__The third annual North Powder Huckleberry Festival has room for more craft and food vendors. Crafters and food vendors can be a part of a fun, family oriented festival in northeast Oregon, Saturday, July 25. North Powder is located on Interstate 84, nearly halfway between La Grande and Baker City. The event has lots of entertainment and activities to attract visitors and make it a successful day for vendors, including a parade, dog agility contest and lawn mower races.
